Information we collect

When you contact us through the website, we receive the name, work email, company, area of interest and message you choose to submit. If you contact us about an opportunity, we may also receive the résumé, work history and other information you choose to send. Our hosting provider may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser details and request logs.

A website enquiry does not ask for a mobile number and does not enroll you in text messages. If we later offer an SMS program, we will collect a mobile number and a separate record of consent only through the opt-in method described for that program.

How we use information

We use information to respond to enquiries, discuss potential technology services or opportunities, assess relevant candidate applications, operate and secure the website, and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not treat a general enquiry, an application or provision of a phone number as consent to marketing or recruiting texts.

How we share information

Text-message choices

Participation in any Ojus text-message program is optional. The program-specific consent language will identify the sender and message purpose, explain expected frequency and any carrier charges, and provide opt-out and help instructions. You may withdraw consent using the method described in the messages or by emailing info@ojusllc.com. We will maintain opt-out records so people who have withdrawn consent are not contacted under that program.

Retention and security

We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, to maintain appropriate business records and consent or opt-out evidence, or as required by applicable law. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
